Axiom book for online browsing.
This is a translation of the axiom book to xhtml+mathml. There's plenty of work still to be done but it might be of interest to people who don't like PDFs. It's a nearly exact translation of the original axiom book. I've corrected a few typos but I don't guarantee not to have introduced new ones of my own. Although the book says the axiom output is exactly that produced by axiom, in fact the TeX in the book is often not the TeX that axiom produces for the given command, but has been hand altered to fit the format of the printed page. In some cases I had to patch it up to get it to format properly. The actual TeX output from axiom would usually scroll horizontally off the page for long output, not an option for the printed page, but now a possibility for a web version.
